  22. Whoops, almost forgot another point.  MIPS and Alpha versions of
  23. Windows NT include an Intel emulator.  This can run straight
  24. DOS apps in command shell windows as well as Windows applications,
  25. but the current versions don't handle Win32 applications, the
  26. emulator can only handle Win-16 apps, like Microsoft Word, etc.

  28. Of course, things might've changed since a few months ago, when I
  29. looked into this issue for the article I was writing for Digital Video.
  30. I know that they said they wanted to make the Intel emulator
  31. handle Win32 apps in the future.

  33. So, until you hear otherwise, don't think you can run the Intel
  34. version of LightWave on your Screamer, although I'm not sure
  35. why you'd want to do that, anyway.  :-)
